CSEA Member Benefits needed a redesign that helped state employees find their benefits easily and allowed purchase of tickets. The crucial desire was to make the site visually current, streamline the path to find information, and create a visual hierarchy so in-house daily updating would keep the pages looking consistent. The website also needed to be compliant with Standards of American Disability Act.

We exceeded their expectations by providing a detailed site evaluation to improve usability and legibility.
